Betwixt

This canvas was conceived during the lockdown of 2020. I live in the countryside and was blessed with beautiful walks but was often reminded about members of my family that I'd not seen or had been estranged from. How they could have passed this path only moments before, and how I wish they had have lingered. Its about the longing for the essence of something long gone.
